push up +jackknives+rev lunge 50 lbs+ one arm cable rows 65 lbs 6 reps 5sets in 10 min
dumbbell squat+ shoulder press 70s+ lat pulls 185 6 reps 4 sets in ten min
18 min interval on stationary bike

It's been a while since I've commented but i usually do catch up on your blogs a few times a week--I really enjoy your 'journal' here--and loved the way you put the New AWPC records in place --WOW !! yes..having beaten Gene Bell and being in there with the grand godfather of all Ernie Frantz is a huge accomplishment !! Congratulations ..and thank you very much for the comments on my Phoenix lifting..2 more weeks and I have ALKI beach in Seattle ...I see by your title here --you may be doing the big one in Montreal??
