super set dumbbell Romanian dead lifts and abs 12 reps /5 sets in 10 min
super set step ups and kettle bell swings 12 reps /4 sets in 10 min
18 min interval on treadmill

I love how Kettle bells are the "NEW" thing and they've been around since the 1800's--my first set of weights, (I wanted a YORK, but my town only had Weider)..had kettle bell handles which you slid your dumb bell bar thru--and it had iron shoes which you could attach plates too (no reverse hyper needed)--what--??

oh --this had NOTHING to do with your workout--sorry..I really enjoy reading your all around strength workouts here..and I hope you didn't change the name of your blog because I shortened it's name on MY link to you....fat+happy=strong is/was good...anyway I have contest withdrawl...yesterday was the GPCs in Calgary--wonder what we missed ????

I know it is amazing that every thing comes around full circle. Iron shoes I've never seen them. they should be on the market in the next year or so lol. I'm having withdrawals as well still nothing posted today I phoned Mike but he must be at work. looks like it was a big meet.
