Gwen is back on the road


Finally the bike is done
everyone in our house has a cold and as a result I'm going to coast a bit this week I've been walking the ragged edge of over training for a while and I think Saturdays training pushed me over
narrow bench up to 285 for 3
two board up to 365/1
fat bar push downs 8/4
chin ups 6/4
20 min interval training
nothing was pushed hard today just doing a bit to keep my sanity
