ss bar narrow stance
rock bottom 135/6 185/6 225/6 255/3 285/3 315/1 only did 1 @ 315 as my upper back rounded, this is what this bar does and why I suck at it.

one arm rows 145/6 165/15
stopped at 485 on the squats the weight was easy, but it took two tries to unrack it and I was still very unstable. I was thinking that squatting with chains instead of bands would help, but may be the centre of gravity is much lower than with straight weight. Any way I have to fix this as it was a big problem at my last meet.
