pwr snatches worked up to 70kg x3
sn grip high pulls worked up to 100kgx3 the last set was my best as it was finally heavy enough that I had to use good technique
suspended good mornings up to 495/3
poor man stones work up to 85 kg This lift makes me appreciate how strong the strongman guys are getting it to my knees is no problem but keeping it high on my chest almost on my shoulder while standing up requires a lot of strength in the upper erectors and I haven't even tried walking with this weight yet let alone running with it. I can't wait for the snow to go so I can start training outside again .
