update

Long time between posts. My life is very busy right now so I've only been training once or twice a week. the video is from last weeks training. On tuesday Steve and I did a full body training day I got a 40 lbs squat pr with the 12 inch camber squat bar. Bench went to an easy 335 then drop set for 20 reps lastly some chins with a 3/4 inch chain around the neck and shoulders. This was actually alot of work even though it dosn't look like much.

Great work Tony --look at those PR's --good work --and amazing adventures with the strong man training..local Coquitlam guy got on TV here (Paul?) with his strongman workout...they should do one on you and your team !
