tomorrows workout today

to much to do after work tomorrow and we are going to the theatre in the evening, so I trained today.
pwr clean hang above 95/3 115/3 135/3 165/3 185/3 I'm very slow through the second pull
box squat 220/3 265/3 330/3 375/3 440/3 485/3 530/2 my upper back was still fried from Sunday
clean pull 185/3 225/3 275/3
glute ham raises 3 sets of 8
rev hypers 2 sets of 15
abs 6 sets
