chin ups bw/8 +20lbs/5 +40/3 +50/1
rev grip pull downs super set with one arm push downs 4 sets of 10
hammer curls 2sets of 10 super set with hanging knee ups 2 sets of 20
I didn't know how today would go because my body is fried from yesterdays training. other than missing the dbl on the bench the training went great. Next week is a recovery week so I only have to get thru two more training days.
