well after much debate, do I use the bands that I used last week or do I use the bands that I was to use. In the end I stopped thinking my balls and went with the game plan. This gave me more bar weight and less band weight.
circa max squat light and strong bands 155/2 220/2 265/2 330/2 375/2 418/1 462/1 added knee wraps 506/1 added a squat suit 550/1 bands 350top 280bottom

squats went great if the band weights are right this would be 900lbs at the top and 830 at the bottom no matter what it is this was a 50 lbs record in just briefs same bands box and briefs.unfortuntaly I couldn't get these briefs under my squat suit when I went to Lake George. the extra wide sumo was only a 5 lbs record but I've never attempted a record as a second exercise. over all a great training session
