You're doing excellent benching..and thanks, i did look up the "ginny Shirt" looks great and you're doing fantastic with it and --in the raw portions of your workout...good work on all your training days--really enjoy seeing the pics of the varied apparatus and exercises...next??

Hey Thanks, the training is going well. It doesn't matter how you train if you are getting results it must be working.next?? haven't thought past may 11 up until then not much fun just very heavy training, carb depleting, super hydration, 24 hrs of starving, 24 hrs of gluttony, then the meet yeah. the last 4 weeks consumes my life because little things mean so much.
