Dallas ,Steve and Sean doing farmers walk 300 lbs /120 feet on sunday. Tried benching again tonight did 225/5 no wrist wraps, first couple didn't feel good as my wrist fell back. wrapped up and did 255/5 275/3 295/3

It's amazing how much strength is lost in 4 or 5 weeks. oh well it always comes back
