Funny how our mind plays games when I took 225 out I expected my wrist to hurt and it did when I was done the set it occured to me that it was stiff but it didn't hurt 280 went pain free. the snatch work really sucked I haven't competed since 1999 and I rarely work them for more than a few weeks at a time because there is usually a power lifting meet around the corner. seeing as I have no meet for a while I'm going to included them for a while as my speed absolutely sucks
