well backing off for two weeks has helped my recovery and I did enough that my bench training numbers are up from three weeks ago. I've got the shirt working better but it is to big in the chest panel. I'm not sure what I'm going to do I may just go to tumwater and try to get a total, and then deal with a tighter shirt for las vagas. Problem is that I'm not built that way. I generally show up to compete.

You will be competing ! the Tumwater is a bench/dead meet--go to WABDL.org and look up the Canadian records in your class (international records menu) bench a new record, beat the old one, and/ or, beat the guy in your class ..you will ya know! but 525 IS a good bench in your class in the Northwest--and maybe we can see 'what's happnin' with that chest plate and fix it there...I wonder if you didn't get the 1st generation Katana--the new ones have very small chest plates--hopefully you'll be up to your own expectations by the event..you always do very well even when you expect to coast..just train like you do and stellar things will happen as always !
